Born to be a Baker 👩‍🍳

Baking has been my love and my world since I was a child. Growing up, I found joy in the kitchen, experimenting with flavors and perfecting the art of creating the most indulgent, fudgy brownies. My journey in the world of desserts began in my parents' American Style Diners, where I honed my skills in crafting cakes and a variety of delectable treats. Fueling my ambition to master the craft, I pursued and proudly earned my certificate 3 and 4 in baking and patisserie from Holmesglen. The dream of owning my own bakery was always in my heart, a dream that now flourishes as Miss Brownie. Every batch of brownies is a culmination of that childhood passion and professional expertise, making my dream a reality with each and every bite of our custom, fudgy delights.
