FAQ

Ordering and delivery

Delivery Time Frame & Cost

**We only guarantee a DISPATCH date, not a DELIVERY date**

We use Australia Post's Express service to deliver our brownies. Brownies are packed carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged.

Estimated delivery timeframes from selected dispatch date:
- Metro VIC: 1 business day
- Metro NSW/QLD/ACT/ADL: 1-2 business days
- Rural: 1-3 business days
- WA/NT: 1-4 business days

Please note that the above timeframes are estimates and can take longer (although 99% of deliveries fall within these timeframes).

Postage Options:
- Express postage
- Express postage with signature on delivery (recommended if no one will be at delivery address when delivered)

Postage costs range from $8-$14 for one brownie depending on delivery location. Exact postage cost calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking information will be provided to the email address provided on the order once the order has been dispatched.

What do I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Contact us ASAP at info@missbrownie.com.au. In your email, please include the following:

1) order number
2) correct delivery address

If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

What if I am not home when my order is delivered?

We advise customers to try to be home when their order is expected to be delivered by the tracking info provided by our carrier. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, it will either be left in a safe place or taken to the nearest post office. Please note we do not accept responsibility for redirected/ modified deliveries.

If you know ahead of time that you will not be home for delivery, we recommend choosing the 'signature on delivery' delivery option at checkout to ensure parcel isn't left outside.

Brownies

Brownie size and number of servings

Our brownie slabs are 27.5cm x 17.5cm (a whopping 1kg of brownie😲) and can be divided into 24 dessert size servings ....... not that you will want to share these brownies 😋

How do we package our brownies?

We pack our brownies carefully and strategically so the brownie arrives to you in perfect condition and cannot be harmed by Australia Post, no matter how hard they try!

All brownies are wrapped in grease proof paper to protect the brownies lettering and other toppings. We then wrap it in pink tissue paper and seal it with a Miss brownie sticker. The brownie is also protected by layers of bubble wrap on the top and bottom of the brownie so that when the box is closed, its a nice snug fit. The box is then placed in a bubble wrap protected satchel to protect the beautiful box from damage (we know Aus Post like to throw parcels around). We also make sure the box and protective satchel are air tight to avoid any movement or little critters getting in.

How long do they keep fresh?

Our brownies have a shelf-life of up to 2 weeks at room temperature and up to 4 weeks in the fridge.

You can also freeze the brownies for 1-2 months however the brownie must be well wrapped and air tight.

How many letters can I add to custom products?

You can have up to 10 letters in each row and a maximum of 3 rows.

Are there any allergies in the brownies?

Our products are made in an environment where nuts, eggs, soy (dark chocolate), and gluten (flour) are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.

All of our brownies contain dairy (butter).

Do we have any gluten free options?

A gluten free option is available on most of our products!! Just look out for the 'Chocolate (GF)' option when choosing your brownie flavour.

If ordering a gluten free brownie, please note that Miss Brownie Kitchen is NOT a gluten-free facility and cannot ensure that cross contamination will never occur. We have processes in place to minimize the cross contamination of gluten in our gluten free brownies however there is a great deal of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces. Our regular brownies and gluten free brownies are baked in the same oven which may risk cross contamination. If you are a Celiac and/or highly sensitive we highly advise against ordering from our gluten free range. We do our best to keep it as safe as possible but cannot guarantee no cross contamination will occur.

Are our brownies suitable for vegetarians?

Yes! All our products are vegetarian friendly.
