Shipping policy

Please note: We guarantee the dispatch date of your order, not the delivery date.
Only courier deliveries within Melbourne include a guaranteed arrival date.

After selecting a dispatch date for your order in the cart section of the website, you will be asked to select one of three delivery options at checkout:

1) Standard delivery estimated delivery timeframe from selected dispatch date:

  • Metro VIC/NSW/QLD/ACT/SA/TAS: 1-3 business days
  • Metro WA/NT: 2-4 business days
  • Rural VIC/NSW/QLD/ACT/SA/TAS: 2-4 business days
  • WA/NT Rural: 3-6 business days

2) Express - StarTrack (recommended) delivery estimated delivery timeframe from selected dispatch

  • Metro Australia wide: 1 business day
  • Rural Australia wide: 1-2 business days

3) Courier (MEL ONLY) - order delivered same day as selected dispatch date

Please be aware that we will not be issuing refunds for any postage delays or postage issues by our selected carrier. By ordering through us, you are accepting the risks associated with sending parcels by our selected carrier. If we are aware of any postage delays, we will do our best to notify our customer in advance either on our website or direct to customers. Our estimated delivery time frames from dispatch date are only estimates, not a guarantee.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once order is dispatched. It is the responsibility of the customer to track the delivery of your order through our selected carriers tracking website. For Australia Post or StarTrack, track here https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search. Please do not use the Shop App order updates as reliable updates for your order.

All parcels have authority to leave, no signature is required. If no one is home when your parcel is being delivered, the delivery drive will attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place. If the driver deems there is no safe place to leave the parcel, the parcel will be sent to the nearest post office. Please be aware that Australia Post no longer leaves an 'attempted delivery' note at the delivery address, the customer must check the tracking information to see if an attempted delivery was made and if it was redirected to the nearest post office. If the parcel is left in a safe place, the delivery is considered complete and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the parcel is safe post delivery.

You must include the unit/shop/apt number of the address to ensure successful delivery. It is not enough to just have street name and number. The delivery drive is not expected to find the address without the complete address. Incomplete addresses will result in return to sender. The customer will be required to place another order if the brownie is still required.
