How to order or submit enquiry?

Will the brownies be safe during transit?
All brownies are packed carefully and strategically to ensure they are unharmed in transit. We have send thousands of brownies all over Australia and the vast vast majority arrive in perfect condition. On the very rare occasion that a parcel arrives damaged (usually due to the inappropriate handling of delivery staff) we will happily resolve the issue.
All brownies are wrapped in grease proof paper to protect brownie toppings and then wrapped in pink tissue paper. Bubble wrap is placed on either side if the brownie before placing in box. Box is then placed in bubble wrap protected satchels.
How long do the brownies last?
Once you receive your brownie, we recommend leaving it in the fridge until it is intended to be eaten. Our brownies last quite a while and stay fudgy for a long period of time. Check below for different ways to store your brownie.
- Room Temperature - Stores well for up to 2 weeks
- Fridge - Stores well for up to 4 weeks
- Freezer - Stores well for up to 3 month (must be well wrapped)

Allergens Information
Our products are made in an environment where nuts, eggs, soy (dark chocolate), and gluten (flour) are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
All of our brownies contain dairy (butter).
