Ordering Process
Ordering your brownie
- Customise your brownie and add it to cart
- Select your preferred dispatch or pick-up date in the cart
- Choose your delivery speed at checkout
- Once ordered, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking via email
Choosing your dispatch or pick-up date
You can select your preferred date directly in the cart at checkout.
Orders can be scheduled for any future date.
Orders placed before 3pm are eligible for next business day dispatch or pick-up.
Orders dispatched Tuesday to Thursday and pick-up Tuesday to Friday.

Important to note
We guarantee the dispatch date, not the delivery date.
Only courier deliveries within Melbourne include a guaranteed arrival date.

- Metro WA & NT: 2–4 business days

- Rural WA & NT: 3–6 business days
Express delivery (recommended)

Courier delivery (Melbourne only)
Delivered on the same day as your selected dispatch date.

Brownie packaging to survive Aus Post
Designed to travel safely
Each brownie is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition, even when travelling long distances.
Brownies are wrapped in grease-proof paper to protect the lettering and toppings, then secured with protective layers above and below for a snug, stable fit inside the box.
The box is sealed and placed inside a protective satchel to help prevent movement and minimise damage during transit.

What's the brownie shelf life?
Once you receive your brownie, we recommend storing it appropriately until it’s ready to be enjoyed. Our brownies stay fudgy and fresh for an extended period when stored correctly.
- Room temperature: up to 2 weeks
- Fridge: up to 4 weeks (recommended)
- Freezer: up to 3 months (must be well wrapped)
Allergens Information
Our products are made in an environment where nuts, eggs, soy (dark chocolate), and gluten (flour) are used. For this reason we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens.
All of our brownies contain dairy (butter) & eggs.
